At this time we do not ship products outside the United States. We currently ship to all U.S. states except for Idaho, Iowa, and South Dakota (Shipment of CBD products is currently prohibited in these states). We make every effort to ship all packages via USPS within 48 business hours after the payment has processed. From time to time we experience higher than expected volume, please allow an additional 1-2 days during these times.
USPS Priority is 2-4 business day. Once your package has shipped you will receive a USPS tracking number for your order.
Please note that at this time our delivery service (USPS) will not deliver to Military Bases. All questions emailed to customer service will be answered as quickly as possible but are guaranteed within 1-2 business days.
Omega Krush uses a USPS address verification system. If your address is not confirmed you will receive an email from our customer service department (firstname.lastname@example.org). In certain cases, this may delay your order.

No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please feel free to email us.
We do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used**
1) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-day time limit.
2) Once you have shipped your product back to us, please email the tracking number to email@example.com so we can keep an eye out for it.
3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.
